Re: Bottles
I'm lost too! I have heard that you never know which bottle/nipple your baby will like though, so I put a few different ones on our registry.
I registered for Avent 4oz & 9oz and a Dr. Browns wide neck newborn feeding set -- all BPA free.

Re: Bottles
I did not have a shower, so I left all of this till the last minute!! I heard that too, but I was hoping to mainly do glass bottles, but I feel those are very limited I guess I will go and get a couple of diff bottles and sizes and see what LO goes for.

I LOVED Tommee Tippee for this! It really is like bfing and Emmy loved them. She did bottle and breast with no problem and it helped her colic! At 6mon we switched to Mam bottles and she was still nursing well.

Re: Bottles
I used avent and Born free with my kids. I was happy with both. (just don't tighten the caps too much)
Dr Browns are good for babies that get acid reflux, etc, but are a PITA to clean.
