What can I make with chicken skewers?
I got chicken skeweers from Trader Joe's. I want to make something new and different (other than boring brown rice) on the side. Any way either spice up brown rice or anyone have any recipes for a good side?

I got the chicken skewers too!! I made it for DH with one of those freezer cook in bags of pasta and veggies and corn. DH loved it and it was not a lot of calories.

Are the chicken skewers like chicken kabobs? If so I like grilled veggies with it, like skewers of mushrooms, onions, green peppers, red peppers and tomatoes. So delicious.
If they are skewers like the type you might see peanut sauce on... then I say rice. You can spice up brown rice by also adding veggies. I like to chop up very small broccoli, peppers of all colors, and carrots... to make it more like veggie fried rice.

I make chicken skewers with grilled veggies, maybe corn on the cob and I love making a peanut butter dipping sauce.. YUM!
