Beta #1 36.5 YAYYYYProgesterone 4.7Estrogen 209Yay, I feel good about this one.Because the progesterone is so low I need to start PIO injections tonight, is there anything I need to know?Please keep fingers crossed for beta #2 on Thursday.

Congrats!!!!PIO $ucks BUT you get use to them after awhile.....ice the area before to numb it if you are nervousGOOD LUCK !!!!

it doubles!!PIO really sucks, esp if youve never done IM injections before. but you get used to it quick.my advice, ice first until its good and numb, and immediately after use a heating pad for AT LEAST 25-30 minutes. and switch sides every night too.
