this boiled and seasoned pig fat stuff on toasted italian bread, we call it "frittole" (sp?)

not sure what else, just excited that my mom is cooking! LOL

Nothing really exciting... I work/go to school from 9am-9pm on Tuesdays, so just picking something up at the cafe and heating up baked zita when I get home. I'll have to do something more exciting next year!

Going to the Delta Grill in Midtown. They are having a buffet...crawfish, jumbalaya, red beans and rice, etc.
