We put in an offer
Well, we put in an offer today. Praying that they accept it. Its been on the market for 7 months. Not sure how much we might have to end up raising our offer. Hopefully not more than 15,000. 
Send us positive thoughts please!!!! Also- going for pre-qualification tomorrow at bank so hopefully we get a great rate.

but ask for a pre-approval tomorrow
a pre-qualification is not want you want (or what the seller is going to want to see)
I wouldn't expect them to accept your offer with out the pre-approval- I would never advise one of my sellers to accept an offer with out a pre-approval in this market

Yes. Pre Approval. I was incoorect.
Anyway - we got the pre approval today!!
Waiting to hear their answer to our counter offer! Yay!
