Kraupners is a nightmare!
omg i am so mad right now!
i called yesterday to refill my prescription of dexamethasone and progesterone supps. So they take my cc# and say it will be delivered between 7-11pm.
The guy showed up at 1:06 am (which is when i have a missed called from my doorman) but obv i was sleeping so they left.
ok so i was annoyed and called this morning. i kept being told they didnt know what happened and someone would call me back to reschedule a delivery but no one ever did. After several calls to them, they finally rescheduled my delivery to 7pm-11pm tonight.
a few minutes after 11pm tonight i get a call from a delivery guy saying he is on his way in a few and that the cost is $58. I told him I already paid yesterday with credit card. so he says he doesnt have payment but he will double check. He calls me back saying no i need your credit card number before i can deliver the meds. He starts saying something about how I didn't pay last night because I wasn't there to accept the delivery. I got mad and said no i gave me card in the afternoon, I was there to accept delivery but was sleeping bc it was ONE AM! So he says ok okay I am coming now. So like 10-15 minutes go by....
so he calls again and says he went to the wrong side of the building (deliveries can only go in the back entrance) so he will be there in a few...but he needs to get my credit card #. I said I am not giving you my cc # and having it charged twice. He said oh we would just fix it monday if that happened. Yeah ok, no thanks. I said no I am not giving my card. Again he says he is coming up to my apt.
so we don't hear for 20 minutes......ummm i thought the guy was just on the other side of the building?!?! I assumed he just left. meanwhile DH, who is livid, is on the phone with the pharmacy being transfered around ultimately to be told that they have no access to information and can't do anything so call tomorrow.
11:45pm the delivery guy calls back finally....Dh told him forget it we don't want him to come. We will deal with the pharmacy tomorrow. 
this is absolutely ridiculous!!! this company is a nightmare to deal with!!

 That sounds so frustrating! I fortunately haven't had issues with getting deliveries from Kraupners, though I use Freedom mostly.

Yikes! I've only used them once so far...they came @11pm and I thought *that* was crazy. But 1am is really insane!

wow! i hope it goes more smoothly next time.
i've only had them deliver something once, and they showed up 20 minutes early while i wasn't home. they left the medicine in the door...

that is horrible. id be very upset too! i used Rockville Centre Pharmacy yesterday and they were very good.

Wow that is horrible. The only issue I have with them is that they can never find my apartment. I live in a co-op and for some reason they don't give the driver my apartment number unless I ask them to. The driver always has a hard time finding where I live because there are two sides to our co-op and even though one says the right address the driver ends up on the wrong side. I always have to send my husband outside to meet the driver. It becomes such a pain. They must be crazy to think that someone would be up at 1am!!

im sorry. ive used kraupners a lot and although they arrive late sometimes ive never had an issue. if you have at least one day you can wait i would use freedom. if you need it same day then use kraupners.

DH called this morning to talk to the manager. The woman he spoke with was very apologetic and helpful. She even said they have gotten complaints like this before ( ). She is resending the delivery today and crediting me so it is free of charge!
hopefully the meds actually come!

Ugh! I'm sorry you had to deal with all of this --but Yay for them crediting you!!
