PIO question

It has been a long time since I had to do PIO. I start my shots tomorrow. Do the shots need to be done at the same time every morning and night?

My husband works very early in the morning so my morning shot would need to be very early (like 4:30 am). I work late, so my night shot would need to be around 8:00 the earliest. Do you think that's okay or would they not be spread out enough? If it's not okay, what should I do because I cannot give myself the shots!

Re: PIO question

I always take mine between 8-10pm. Both doctors I have been to said 2-3 hrs is NOT a big deal. They say take at the same time everyday, moreso so you get into a routine and don't forget. Good luck !

I'm not sure exactly why I have to do it twice per day. I think because I am not doing suppositories. Could that be the reason? The dose is 50mg or 1cc it says on my papers.

Do you think it's okay that my 2 doses will be so close together? (They would be around 4:45 am and 8:00 pm - so the night to the morning will be almost 9 hours apart).
