OAMC... have you tried it? how did it go?
i'm seriously considering once-a-month-cooking.
i've been reading a lot about it and i'm working on putting a "plan" together. just wondering if any one else has tried it and if you have any words of wisdom to share

I do not have the time, patience or space to do this. Plus, my tastes can change on a whim, and I feel I'd have a ton of wasted food.
