anyone have a job on their feet all day?

i am 8 weeks and having crazy exhaustion and here and there dizziness. i work on my feet and literally cant just sit down when i need to....sometimes for hours on end. this is not the type of job that i can request it either. its client based and by appointments.

soooo anyone have a similar job? how do you do it? i dont want to tell clients yet ( a few here and there) but i dont know what to do when i need to catch my breathe kwim?

the last two days have been narcoleptic and my job is all about pep and energy! oy!

I teach so I'm kind of in a similar position. My students know now, so I do sit when I need to, and even snack on food or drink if I need to. Try to listen to your body as best as you can.

Take a few minutes for yourself when you can and when you really need it. Maybe let your client know you're just not feeling that well today and need a minute? I hope they can be understanding.

I had one of those (before I lost it) and it was super hard. . I did training so it was really hard to sit down but sometimes I just did it, or would balance one leg on a chair so I was mostly standing and then break when i could. .

I agree try to sneak in time to rest whenever you can and I hope it gets better soon! It's kind of rough!

I teach, but have been put on modified bed rest and now my rear hurts from sitting all day long! Good luck
