Who's got a good......
Pork roast recipe for the crock pot?
I have a roast thawing in the kitchen as we speak. I'm going home for my break around 3, and we'll probably eat dinner around 8:30-9ish. So while I'm home on break I can do whatever I need to and throw it in the crock.

Re: Who's got a good......
I kinda like pork on the sweet side...
Autumn Pork Roast (found this online, I add my own flavors to it but this is the basic one).
3 to 4 lb. pork roast Salt & pepper 1 c. cranberries, finely chopped 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Re: Who's got a good......
pork and apples:
porkloin/roast 4 apples, peeled and cut to wedges 1/4 cup apple sauce 1 onion, large chop cinnamon black pepper garlic powder 3 tbs brown sugar
sprinkle pork generously with pepper, garlic and cinnamon. throw in crockpot with all other ingredients.
I find the "gravy" is thing, i take 5 or so minutes and I use my fat separator, get rid of alot of the grease, then thicken in a pot on the stove with cornstarch and pour it back in so it can mix in with the bits of apples and onions!
