my way is probably the boring way...
all I have ever done is:
-lemon juice -a splash of olive oil (very little) -white wine -butter -season with garlic & salt & pepper.....
and then serve over brown or white rice.
so yummy & great for when your expecting!

I leave it in the bag the fish guy packs it in and make a terriyaki marinade sauce and marinade it for an hour or two and then cook it at like 400 6 minutes and one side and 7 minutes on the other and it comes out perfect. Now im dying for some salmon....

Re: Yummy Salmon dish???
Ingredients
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 4 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions
Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack at about 6 inches from the heat source; prepare the rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and arrange onto the prepared broiler pan. Whisk together the brown sugar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl; spoon mixture evenly onto top of salmon fillets. Cook under the preheated broiler until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
OR I usually just put in a 350 degree until desired doneness. YUM! I also put it on foil, it can be a nightmare to get off of a pan.

Re: Yummy Salmon dish???
My favorite recipe---we did it last night!
1/4 cup honey mustard 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs (japanese bread crumbs) 1/4 cup ground walnuts 2 4-6 oz. salmon filets salt and pepper non stick spray Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Spray a baking pan with non stick spray. Season each filet with salt and pepper. Brush each filet with the honey mustard. Combine the panko and the nuts. Spread the mixture over each fillet, pressing firmly. Spray each filet lightly with the non stick spray. Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. serves 2.

Re: Yummy Salmon dish???
I buy fillets. I make a mixture of the following:
Equal parts Honey Brown Sugar Dijion mustard a squeeze of Lemon Juice
I generously spread the glaze on the fillets. I bake them for 20-25 minutes on 325.
