What do you wear for business casual
I need a few days of business casual clothes for warm weather and don't have anything that fits from before baby

You can also go top with skirt?

Same here. Sometimes a button down blouse, sometimes just a dressy blouse.

my office is busines casual. depending on the time of year, i usually wear dress pants (in the winter i throw in nice cordoroys and in the summer i wear khakis) and a dress sweater, button down shirt or a dressy tank/short sleeve top with a cardigan. a skirt would look nice as well.
ETA: just noticed you said warm weather. i would go with a light dress pant or skirt and a short sleeve blouse or tank with cardigan.

Thanks everyone. I feel like bus casual is easier for colder weather so hopefully I can find some lightweight cardigans for warm weather. It's for Florida in April...but its inside so I'm guessing there will be A/C and hopefully chill enough
