Switching State Farm offices
My agent, who is a family friend, works for State Farm. last year she left the office she had been with for years and went to a new office. I thought she was taking my policy with her but I guess it doesn't work that way. I am not happy with my new agent. How can I move my policy so I can have my old agent back? Is that even possible?
