oh thats right near me! i'll drive by today and see whats up! It probably needs work, but its not a main road, its actually one of those roads thats a semi circle - so unless you live on the block theres no reason to drive on it..

thats a good price for the area even if it needs work - you could probably make them come down another 10k - when I go running i ususally run down this block, so it must be new(er)

ok I drove by the other day!
Good location - near main street, but its on a semicircle block that no one ever drives down (unless they live on it) becasue the next block is a thru street.
woodward parkway elementary (great es, I went there!)
it look likes it needs a lot of work - i didn't go inside but my house was the same layout before we built up - its a nice layout and it has a full basement, and thats where the oil burner and washer dryer are probably located.
and it looks empty. i think it will go lower.
