Folica.com - Sedu
Has anyone ever returned anything to Folica.com? I bought a Sedu flat iron a few months ago and it is just not getting very hot anymore. I have it on 450 degrees and I can touch the outside of it without it scolding me. Obviously it was not cheap and I want to get it fixed or get a new one. I was just wondering if anyone had a similar experience with folica? TIA!

I bought my sedu in ulta, but I had saved the box and receipt. A few weeks before it hit the 2 year mark it stopped working completely. I sent it back to sedu with a copy of the receipt and they sent me a brand new one, no questions asked. The new one was shipped to me straight from folica so I think you'd have good luck returning it. They have a 2 year warranty.
