24 grams of sugar in lemonade!
we had a lunchtime meeting at work w/ pizza (yum) and they had only soda or lemonade for drinks. so i grabbed a lemonade and i read the label when i started drinking - 24g of sugar in the full 20oz bottle! i couldnt believe it. i only drank half of it and threw the rest out. im back to drinking my bottled water at my desk for the rest of the day lol.

Crystal lite lemonade!! That's the best way to get lemonade flavor without alllllll that terrible amount of sugar & calories.
I swear - their lemonade is so tasty and you can get it in the individual packs to pour in bottles of water.
It's amazing sometimes how much sugar is in the simplest things we love to drink.

Funny you say that. I've been drinking lemonade like water, its my newest craving and I know I really need to stop.

I love lemonade right now and never used to drink it. They have Simply Pink Lemonade and it's sooo good. It is really sweet so I dilute with water and it's delicious.
