Fillet of sole
DH bought some fillet of sole. Anyone have any recipes?

If you have any vege's - reynold's wrap website had some great foil packets that you just wrap in foil and bake.
I'm a simple girl - butter/garlic salt and paprika.

mix chopped garlic, EVOO, Lemon juice, black pepper and white wine and pour over fish
top with italian style bread crumbs and oregano
YUM!!!!!
