Re: stirfry
No recipe here. I just cut up chicken, shrimp or steak, sautee it in some olive oil, then throw a package of frozen stir fry veggies in. Top it with some soy sauce or teriaki sauce and some sesame seeds.

Re: stirfry
I either cube chicken or cut beef into strips. Coat w. tiny bit of terrakki, i use fresh vegetables, either pepper's, carrats, asparagus...etc.. I use the stiry fry sauce but i think it is too salty. I would love to hear everyone's receipes. Of and of course white rice.

Re: stirfry
No real recipe. I grill chicken (or shrimp) in Yoshida sauce (from BJs or Costco), then after its done I throw in veggies (usually just get a mix from Stop and Shop or Trader Joe's). I add a little more Yoshida sauce then serve over rice.

Re: stirfry
For my sauce I usually mix some Soy sauce, Ground ginger and Sesame oil/Sauce( from H-Mart) together onto the chicken and veggies when they r cooking. I eye ball the amounts.
