Re: Hospital bag packing

DH started freaking out at 30 weeks that we must get it done...we finally did it at 33 weeks - we've had a few friends who were early having their kids and weren't ready with the bag...DH wanted to make sure we are ready Chat Icon

Re: Hospital bag packing

Whenever you have time, lol.

I made some lists and bought some trial size toiletries, but I haven't really packed yet. I'm setting a deadline of having the bag in my car for my 36 week appointment (like 10 days from now).

I'm only 28 weeks, but I'm slowly getting things together. I went to Harmon's and bought travel size toiletries and have that ready.

I am 29weeks too and I thought I had lots of time until I wound up in Good Sam Thursday with contractions 1-2 mins apart!!Chat Icon I had already bought some travel size toiletries but I am thinking I should probably start getting things together SOON just in case. The contractions went on like that for hours and they couldn't stop them. I have been having them since and its looking like these babies Chat Icon Chat Icon are not interested in staying in there very much longer. I am really hoping they will hold out at least another 3 weeks at the very very least!

I would do it as soon as you can!
I was 1 month early and didnt have it packed. Do it now and then you'll have it ready for when you need it!

Re: Hospital bag packing

I am just about 36 weeks and haven't packed a bag yet Chat Icon

This is my second so I definitely am more "relaxed" and I went to Rite Aid yesterday to pick up a bunch of toiletries. I will probably have mine packed sometime this week.

You can start now and add things as you go. At 32w I ended up in L&D and that weekend I went home and started to pack my bag - I didn't want to be left without one
