marshmallow frosting?
Does anyone have a good recipe for marshmallow frosting to go on top of a devils food cake??

Try this seven minute frosting from Smitten Kitchen:
2 large egg whites 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup light corn syrup 2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Combine frosting ingredients with a pinch of salt in a metal bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water and beat with a handheld electric mixer at high speed until frosting is thick and fluffy, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove bowl from heat and continue to beat until slightly cooled. Use frosting the day it is made.
It goes perfectly with chocolate cake - take a look at the pictures on Smitten Kitchen to see how light and fluffy it is!

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 3/4 cup Marshmallow Fluff 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

THANKS!!!!!! I think I may try both of these.. DH wants it to be similar to what is on the entemanns cake...

I made this one before. It was sooooo delish!! Everyone loved it!
