Shortness of Breath
I'm 23 weeks today. Is it too early to be experiencing this. It's been on and off for a week or so, but I feel like I am sometimes having trouble catching my breath.

I have had it for the majority of my pregnancy. I hate it. Just going up the stairs, I need to take a minute to get my breath.

its normal. Your uterus is starting to push up into your upper abdomen, which compresses your lungs slightly

i get that often...the stairs are the worst but i'll even get it just from walking too fast. also when i bend over to shave or dry off after the shower, it messes up my breathing

I get it bad when I'm running meetings at work or making a presentation. It's distracting and slightly embarrassing, but nothing I can do about it!
Have been experiencing it since about 21 weeks.

I'm experiencing the same thing! It's a struggle at work for sure! I went shopping the other day and it got so bad I had to sit in the middle of the floor for a minute because there was no place to sit...and I only went to one store!
Take it easy. Lay on your left side as much as possible (when you can).
