Food Find!
Went food shopping last night and picked up a new cereal......Fiber One Caramel Delights. OMG it's phenomenal. Super high in fiber so very filling too. I had a half cup this morning with some strawberries and a half cup of skim milk and I was good for like 3 hours

That sounds delicious! I have Fiber One cererals...I love cereal in general!

5pp/serving, but a serving is a full cup. I had a 1/2 cup for 2pp instead
