progesterone = evil

since i have been using the progesterone supps this week I have been super nauseas which i read is a common side effect. my boobies have also been super sore. ugh why is progesterone so evil?!!?

anyone else have the same side effects?

The only side effect I usually get in the 2ww is bloating .. which could be from a number of things

I found personally I had less side effects using Crinone than regular progesterone supps! I had horrrrrible stomach cramps on the regular ones!

ugh, i know what you mean. progesterone made me bloated and also gave me crazy dreams at night making me think i was pregnant. it is EVIL!

I'm on crinone 2 times a day and E2v once a day. I already feel crazy. I don't know how I'll make it.

Yep...very evil...progesterone will fake you out every time. I find that for me Crinone is THE worst. I get vicious cramps and breast pain on it. I find that I get the least amount of fako pregnancy symptoms on PIO shots and a lot of symptoms on progesterone vaginal supps.

No.. been lame and never updated but I'm delayed by 2wks. I'm not too bummed out because I waited this long so whats another 2wks.... Plus like Andy says, I have more time for acupuncture to work!

oh no! i dont want to hear all this about progesterone. after visiting the RE today i *might* be going on progesterone supp. pending my bloodowrk today. i havent taken anything yet for infertility ......im nervous.

Stupid question. Crinone is a specific name/brand of a progesterone supp.?

well, i do not know about regular progesterone, but crinone irritates the crap out of me, b/c it clumps and gets stuck there not bad, just takes getting used to. applicator is convenient, but I heard ( and i am not sure) that crinone is not as strong as regular progesterone.

I am totally joining this club! Got a yeast infection my first month on progesterone, that was fun. Now this past cycle I totally thought that I was pregnant and I blame that entirely on the evil stuff. Now I know to not invest any emotions into progesterone related symptoms.

I'm on progesterone/ endometrin suppositories now (not in the 2ww yet. ET on Sunday) and have all prego symptoms. Bloated, nauseous, constipated (sorry TMI) and my boobs are so sore.
But I am glad I am not using the shots. I have heard that those really hurt.
