Is this normal?
I am 15 weeks 1day.... My lower abdomen feels tight and a liitle sore, like I worked out....is this normal? Been feeling it all day...also having quick weird feelings in the vagina area...should I be nervous? I'm in Mexico...can't call the dr.

You're probably experiencing some stretching -- I know it felt a little sore, pressure and pains at that time.
Just take it easy and relax !

totally normal...it's stretching/round ligament pain. you shockingly get more used to it throughout the pregnancy  . enjoy mexico! if it's something that worries you, just give your doctor a call when you get back.

Im 17w and just had an appt last night with the Dr and he said the exact same thing stretching/round ligament...I wouldnt worry too much!

I'm almost 29 weeks and still get this from time to time. I acutally called the dr yesterday bc I thought it was wierd to get pains like that so late. But they said it was prob just ligament pain and stretching still.
