Lasagna Rollups- anyone ever made these?
I was thinking of making these. The pic looked good online, has anyone ever made these- is it worth it, easier to make then a tray of lasagna, or any advice on making them? TIA!

i make them! I find it to be easier to make and easier to serve also! I usually boil the noodles, then mix ricotto, egg, pecorino romano, parlsey, black pepper and browned italian sausage together, put a big spoon on the noodle and roll! yummy!!!

When you put them in the dish to bake, put the seam side down. They are pretty easy to make and I've found that I don't always need to boil a whole box of noodles to make them.

I used to make these for just myself, and freeze the rolls individually before baking them.
I should start making them again for DH and me. I would add spinach to mine, and leave out the yucky green stuff for DH.

I actually prefer to make these instead of making lasagna. They are a little bit more labor intensive, but I find them easier to serve and to store. They freeze incredibly well!
Definitely put the seam side down as the above poster mentioned!

They are easy to make, and I use a toothpick to hold them closed.
