london Broil ?
Talk me through how to cook this thing!! DH wanted it, I've never made this cut ! Help please

Season and/or marinate however you like, and then broil it for about 7 minutes on each side. Super easy!

i usually mix up mustard, black pepper, soy sauce and a splash of olive oil and mrintate in a ziplock for a few minutes....then broil it up or bbq-delicious

i marinate it... i tend to switch it up, but the old stand by is: terriyaki sauce black pepper garlic powder lemon juice
then grill it!

I am a weird bird.. I never broil london broil.. What I normally do is start it out on top of the stove on high heat in a cast iron.
I season it with a ton of salt & black pepper...
Once it is seared on each side (about 4 minutes each side) I then put it in the oven at about 400 degrees with gravy (those McCormick brown gravy packets) and cook for another 7 minutes or so
