1st Birthday Present Help
I have about 6 1st birthday parties to go to this year and I am looking for a unique gift to give - any ideas?
Or even if it isn't unique anything that you or your child absolutely loved as a gift?

Any kind of walking toy for a 1 year old. A seat that's their size goes over really well too.
I'm still a huge fan of the Letter Factory DVD by Leap Frog too.

Depends what you wanna spend...
I saw these awesome little cars at this bike place in smithtown (like flinstone style)- the work just like a walker....
I bought my friends daughter... some talking story time chair at toys r us... and she loves it!!!
Another unique idea Ryan got for his christening (but could be for anything) My SIL bought him stock in Walt Disney....

Build-A-Bear gift certificates are cute, my ds got one for his first birthday and still (at age 6 1/2) sleeps with the horse he made there.

There are a few things I can suggest.
I love the Fisher Price Car that you push.
I recently found that I had to buy a lot of "outside things" for the girls: sandbox, kiddie pool, picnic table. I know they are bulky but I'm so glad I have them now.
Or maybe those pull out couch chairs.
I like the picture people gift certificate idea too.

What about a blanket with the child's name embroidered? I think it's JCPenny or maybe the Disney store where you can get a character blanket and have the child's name embroidered.
