Meatball Recipe RAVE!
I wanted to make meatballs last night, so I used this recipe from the Bobby Flay Meatball throwdown:
Grandma Maroni's Meatballs
I used 3 eggs instead of 4 and I had 1.28lbs of meat (85% Lean) instead of just 1lb, but it was a very wet mixture so i added about 1/2 cup more breadbrumbs.
THE MEATBALLS WERE DELICIOUS!

Yup! These are the ones I make and I am not a meatball person. Delicious! I also use only 3 eggs.
