Rainbow Cookies with a twist
My DH works for a bakery and they make rainbow cookies filled with canoli cream. They are so delish ! Just thought I would share !

I don't think it's the same bakery, because they look different. But there is a bakery on Sunrise Highway that does this, I was just there. It's in Rockville Centre. I can't remember the exact name, it's something like Casa de Rosa. It's about 2 blocks east of Wild Ginger.
