ugg problem

So I bought a pair in November and all of a sudden a hole started in one of my boots and my other one has a very soft spot that I feel like may start a hole soon too. Now, I wear them almost every day but shouldn't they last longer than that?? Is there anything I can do about that? They are the black ones with the 3 buttons on the side and they are pretty dirty from being worn a lot so I doubt I can return them or anything. Has anyone had this problem? Were you able to send them to get fixed or replaced or anything? I got them at nordstrom if that matters.

You can call up Nordstroms (they have a fantastic CS dept imo) and/or call up Uggs..they are good too I've heard.

i have a several pairs and wear them every day. i've had a couple of pairs for years. they def should not be getting holes in them. call nordstrom or ugg and tell them what's going on.

Definitely call UGG, my sister had a pair that after a few months got a hole where the big toe is and they had her send her pair in and they sent her a brand new pair
