I'm sorry I haven't been able to update. I am still at the hospital but the baby is stable and still in the belly. I was so afraid he would come at 26 weeks (when we were admitted) but 2 weeks later we are still doing good. Tomorrow we will be 28 weeks and it's huge for me. Even though it's still so early, every new day brings new hope.
The doctors have admitted they have no idea what is going on and that i'm not quite the "text book" pregnancy. I have officially stopped asking questions there are no answers to and as long as my LO continues to do good I feel like I can make it through another day. He really is my lil fighter.
However, it does look like I will be here till I deliver
What a crazy ride this has all been for me. I honestly dunno where I find the strength... and i still dunno how I haven't completely lost my mind.
Thanx for all the prayers and support. They must have worked because I am still pregnant and baby continues to do well.
Continued & For your little one to stay put for a few more months. I am sorry that you are in the hosiptal for the remainder of your pregnancy, I am sure it will be beneficial to your little one!!
I am so glad to hear you are both doing well. I heard from someone recently that every day in the womb is equal to one less week in the NICU! You are doing the best job you can as Mommy! I love the "text book case" references as if we are not all individuals I am so happy to hear everything is going well. I know the hospital stay stinks but its whats best for now. Please keep us updated! I was worried about you!
Thank you so much! One doctor said the same thing to me. This is why every new day feels like a miracle. Hospital stay sucks so bad...but maybe I can get this lil peanut as close to the 30's as possible.
So glad ur baby is still cooking. You are in my prayers that he stays put as long as possible. My SIL has a SIL that had her twins at 26 wks and they are now 18 months and doing well...think positive
Glad to hear you and the LO are doing well...it certainly is scary to wonder what tomorrow will bring...
But as each day passes by that everything is stable with LO...it is a blessing.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family...i know this is not how you were planning on spending your bedresting time...but you do what you have to do to keep that LO safe and warm in your belly
Thank you gals! All your prayers and wishes must be working cuz baby is still in the belly and continues to do well. It still sucks to be in the hospital and it definitely doesn't get easier but i have to do what i have to do to keep this baby in and healthy.
