Cooking classes on LI?
I'm interested in taking some cooking classes to learn some more skills... anyone have any recommendations?

We loved Viking, but it can be quite expensive. Our teacher there teaches at Nassau BOCES and he recommended the beginner cooking classes there for someone who wants more than just a few recipes, but is really looking to learn basics.
