Just thought I'd share:

Last night, I stopped by my parents' house and my sister asked me to make spinach artichoke dip. I made some on Monday and she wanted me to bring the leftovers over, but I told her that if i left, I wasn't coming back! lol
So she asked if I could make something like it. We found cannellini beans, a packet of Knorrs vegetable soup mix, low fat sour cream (8oz), a quarter of a brick of cream cheese, 3/4 cup of olive oil mayo (not bad!), 1/2 Cup parmesan, 1/2 Cup romano cheese and black pepper and baked for 20 minutes.
