Question about early preperation?
How far in advance would you prepare cupcakes?
Ds party is on Sunday and I really dont have a lot of time on my hands I was going to make then possibly Thurs or Fri along with baked ziti. Is that to long for them to be sitting?

i think they would be fine, just leave them in an air tight container so they stay fresh... and not in a warm place or they collect moisture!

Thursday or Friday is fine, as long as you cover them. Either tupperware containers with lids, or you can also do saran wrap and put them in the fridge and take them out a few hours before the party so they warm back to normal.
