this was a rude awakening of the 20-30 lbs I really need to lose and stop talking about it.

oohhh yes!!!! Or how about you wear an outfit once and see urself in pictures and look great... then you wear the same outfit again and see urself in ipctures and think... WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED!

that's why, if I'm wearing something for an occasion, I will take pics of myself in the mirror first, and look at it the next day, make sure I don't hate it.

The worst is when you are looking at the photo and you think oh that obsese lady has the same outfit as me, that obese woman has the same hair as me, that obses woman has the same shoes as me, THAT OBESE WOMAN IS ME!!!
