Something to go with baked stuffed haddock?
what would go good with seafood stuffed baked haddock? I seem to have a thought complex today....plus it's V-Day too...

Sounds yummy!! I would do rice or basic mashed potatoes with milk, butter, s & p, since the stuffing sounds rich with a lot of flavor so I would go simple so as not to take away from it. I would also do a green veggie like brocolli or spinach sauteed in g & o.

we had stuffed tilapia last night... i made mushroom risotto and broccoli roasted with garlic, onion, evoo and breadcrumbs....
