for some box cupcakes. Made yellow cake cupcakes and then made this recipe. I used some without the chocolate, just added a bit more vanilla. Then to the rest, I added some cocoa powder and some very strong coffee. The coffee made it! So quick and easy:

1/4 cup butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
Directions

Mix together all ingredients. May need to add more milk (slowly) until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.

Now a question:

Would you refrigerate the cupcakes or leave them out?
