NCL Cruise to Nowhere Review
Since a few of you asked for a review I figured I would do a quick write up 
I've been on 4 cruises before, but never on NCL or for just a night..so I was very curious myself. I booked as kind of an "intro to cruising" for my bf, because he's never been on one before and wasn't sure how he would like it.
It wasn't the cheapest thing, because of all the taxes, but we did have a great time, so to me it was worth it.
The cruise left out of Manhattan on 12th Ave, so we ended up driving in and parking our car overnight. It seemed the easiest way, and cost no more than taking the train would have.
We were on the Norwegian Jewel, which was a nice ship. It wasn't huge, but it was nice. There's a center area with a few shops you can walk around. For lunch we ate in the main dining room, and although it was one of the only dining options for lunch it really wasn't that crowded. I do like how there's a stretch of bars on one of the floors, so it's very easy to get drinks. We spent a bit of time there, then went to Chin Chin (Asian) for dinner. Most of the specialty restaurants have a cover, but for us it was worth it because we really enjoy Asian food. After dinner we went to the show, which was slightly cheesy, but it is a cruise ship. Then we spent some time in the Casino before going to bed.
All in all, I really enjoyed it. It was very well run, and was a wonderful night
