When do you start IVF meds?
Do you start it immediately after the last bcp or on cd3?

I didn't take bcp this cycle, but I started taking Lupron about a week after O. Then went back to Dr. B on CD3 and started Ganirelix then.

It depends on what protocol you're using. I don't usually take bc as part of mine but had to this time bc of the leftover follicles. I took it for two weeks, when I went back to get checked all was clear, I was told to wait three days and then start stims.....which is tonight 
Did you get checked yet??

I've always gone for bloodwork on day 3 and then started stimming that night.
Good Luck! When are you starting? I'm doing bcp now, and have to go in on 2/28 to start stims hopefully for the last time!

I haven't started yet but I was told I would take BCP for about 10 days, then wait 3 days and on the third day start follitism. (I'm not taking Lupron). I may take Menopur Depending on how I respond to Follitism. Then at some point I will start Ganirelix..And finally I will have the Hcg shot.

We ended up not doing IVF this cycle but had we I would've started meds CD 3 per the antagonist protocol.

The day of your last bc pill, you will go in to get checked. If all looks good, you will have a 3 day break and then start stims. At least I think so - I assume your protocol will be similar to mine

And no .. didn't get checked yet.. I have an appt Wednesday which is the day of my last bcp!!   So, I'm just wondering what to expect and when I can finally get started!

i don't know exactly, but my protocol (from what my RE said in the consultation) will look a lot like this.
