Stretch mark question
My stomach is itching like crazy today - more than ever! Ladies who have gotten stretch marks already - do u remember if ur stomach was very itchy right before you got them? Or am i being paranoid?

I got them and yup! Did your mom have stretch marks? If so you prob will.... they are genetic.

My did not get any and neither did my oldest sister but my other sister got them really bad - so i guess it could go either way for me.

I got them and my stomach was itchy too. As for the genetic, I can prove that's incorrect (at least with me). My mom didn't get them, but I did - at 39 WEEKS!!!

I also got them and had a very itchy belly but I never correlated the two.

I think the itchy belly might be dry skin. You may want to moisturize. They say lotion can help prevent stretch marks but my OB says its 90% genetics

I had little to no itching. I look like a Freddy Kruger came for me. It's really genetics. I'm hoping there will be little scaring.

I moisturize like crazy but I ran out of my mama mio cream and have been using a palmers one - maybe it doesnt moisturize as good.
