***Weekly Menus 2/13***
My week starts earlier, but here it is...
Thursday: Broiled Honey-Lime Glazed Salmon Fillets with Scallions, Cous Cous, Mixed Veggies
Friday: Skillet Chicken Pot Pie with Homemade Biscuits
Saturday: Waterzooi (out!)
Sunday: Spinach Lasagna with Mixed Green Salad
Monday: Chicken Pot Pie Leftovers
Tuesday: Chicken Curry, Peas, and Basmati Rice
Wednesday: Lasagna Leftovers

Monday: Filet Mignon w/ red wine reduction, Crab legs w/ drawn butter, Risotto, Garlic Asparagus spears
Tuesday: Turkey Tacos w/ all the fixins'
Wednesday: Spaghetti sauteed squash and marinara, Chicken Sausage, Salad, Garlic Bread
Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops, Snap peas & carrots, Roasted Potato Wedges, Applesauce
Thursday: Cheater Chicken Soup, Bread, House Salad
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Seared cod w/roasted tomatoes, Sauteed spinach, Rice Pilaf

Monday- Going out to dinner
Tuesday- Chicken cutlets w/ brushetta on top, potatoes, and salad.
Wednesday-Breakfast for dinner eggs, center cut bacon, toast.
Thursday- Spanish Chicken and rice w/ peas.
Friday- Pizza night.
That is all I have so far.

Mon- Grilled steak with salad, crescent rolls, and roasted red potatoes
Tues- Lentil tacos with all the fixins
Wednesday- Chicken wraps
Thursday- leftoves
Friday- whatever they're serving at happy hour!

It's not from here.. just what I call it when I'm too lazy to slow cook a real chicken soup.. BUT now I need to see your recipe!! Maybe I'll make that instead!

Sunday - BBQ boneless pork chops, grilled potatoes, salad
Monday - seared scallops over sauteed spinach w/bacon, Parker House-type rolls with lots of butter and rosemary; brownies
Tuesday - roast whole chicken, roasted root veggies (potatoes, butternut squash, parsnip, carrots, etc)
Wednesday - leftovers (working late)
Thursday - BLTs on whole wheat baguette, chips
Friday - meat lasagna, not sure about veggie yet

Monday - Arugula Salad, Scallops, Whipped potatoes and broccoli. Brownie sundays with homemade caramel sauce for dessert
Tuesday - Turkey cutlets with spicy southwest cornbread stuffing and salad
Wednesday - Stuffed Pork (Spinach, onions, sundried tomatoes, goat cheese) with a balsamic reduction, and salad
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - out with a friend
Saturday - DH away so probably something easy like soup

Sunday – ate at my parents house
Monday – DH wanted Sicilian pizza and I made a fresh tomato and mozzarella salad and chocolate chip cookies
Tuesday – Stuffed peppers – they came out GREAT
Wednesday – angle hair with a fresh chopped tomato and basil sauce with a shot of balsamic
Thursday – left over stuffed peppers
Friday – something on the road, we are leaving for a ski weekend :)
