After you stop laughing, please help
Ok so this is embarrassing but I totally ripped the lining of a pair of work pants in like 3 places.
Aside from needing to lose weight - please help
1. Do you know how much it costs to totally replace the lining? I think there is too much damage to sew
2. Make me feel better and tell me that after 7 years of dry cleaning, the fabric was worn?
PS I don't want to just toss them because they are a very nice thick black material and I have the matching blazer. It looks very nice on.

I've done this before!! It was actually when I was picking up luggage getting onto a plane for a business trip! But I thought the pants ripped! Didn't realize it was the lining at first!! I am not sure if you can fix them though, sorry, give a call to a local tailor and see what they say! Good luck!!

First and foremost, seven years is an amazing run with a pair of pants. It is VERY likely that the lining has been compromised by years if chemical dry cleaning. If you live them to death, try a tailor and see if he/she can create a new lining. Good luck!
