Need advice
I need advice, please.
I went in for my first follie follow up ( after femara) on Friday ( CD9) and tech saw 4 follies at around 10mm each. RE told me to come back on Wed, but BD on Tue, just in case. But….. I am concerned that waiting till Wed might be tooooo long. I want to go for monitoring tomorrow ( 2/8 Tue). What do you think? Am I overanalyzing this? I know follies grow at about 2 mm per day, so I am scared to miss a chance.

that DEF wont be too late at all. you prob wont even have mature follies by wednesday. maybe 16's...

Agreed...nothing to worry about. I would not be surprised if you were not ready to trigger even on Wednesday.

Sat 14mm
Sun 16mm
Mon 18mm
Tues 20mm???
and if i wait till Wed, possibly 22mm? what if i go early?? i am such a nervous wreck. i just can not stop obsessing

sorry i read the original post at work and i thought you said you went for follie check today.
but honestly, you really need to stop worrying and let the doctor be the doctor. your follies grow a MAX of 2mm a day, its not a guarantee that they grow 2mm a day. im sure you will go on wednesday and be all ready to trigger. even if you have a 22mm on wednesday, thats perfectly fine and mature, so its absolutely nothing to worry about. you may ovulate on your own, but chances are that you wont and you'll be perfectly ready to trigger.

I mis-read your post too..thought that those were measurements from today. You are likely still okay but I would monitor tomorrow with OPK's just in case up until you trigger. If you get a positive, simply let your doctor know so that they can plan your IUI accordingly.
