do you think this is functional?

so i didnt want to get a changing table because i can only use it for so long. i wanted a dresser that i can put the changing pad on top of.

the crib i like only comes with this low dresser (the other one is a tall chest of drawers). the closet part has shelves. do you think this piece is still functional as the baby gets older? (age 3,4,5,6)
our closet in the room is narrow but we are putting 3 poles for clothes in it

I don't see why not! We purchased something pretty similar.

Re: do you think this is functional?

i think thats great! the dresser we pruchased was a dresser/changer combo thing and basically the pad just sits on top of the dresser

Re: do you think this is functional?

I think so

We also are not purchasing a 'changing table'. We are getting a dresser and putting a changing pad on top of the dresser. This way our LO will have their furniture for a long time.

Re: do you think this is functional?

It will work perfectly, especially with a drawer at the top, great for quck access.

Re: do you think this is functional?

That's similar to what we have. I love love love it. I also have a small closet with two poles and a mostly empty bookshelf Chat Icon There is plenty of room for all of DD's stuff in there!

Re: do you think this is functional?

it's totally functional! We have a massive closet (very wide and walk-in) for Chat Icon and we vamped that into where we are putting all of her clothes in it. We don't have a dresser, but the closet is turning out to be perfect for us; we still have a lot of room left over. even with all of her clothes, stroller, some of our stuff in a bin, and baby gifts in there. We don't have a changing table, but we have a PNP set up and a changing pad stored underneath the big bed we have in the nursery (to just put on the bed for quick changes).

Re: do you think this is functional?

Absolutely!!!

Our dresser is smaller than yours. We have an ok sized closet. It does the job.

We originally going to get something similar because of it's functionality. I'll give you a tip, use gripper sheets under the changing pad. We cannot move that pad. We also have a diaper caddy which is great. I know these things have been put in to use yet but I feel they are functional.

Here's our set up:

Re: do you think this is functional?

I had one growing up and when i got pregnant with DD we re-painted it and used it in her nursery, it wourked well for me through my teen years and now it will for DD as well, it's very multi-functional...
