Safety of intralipids
I saw this on another forum and now I am very interested. Studies from reputable sources suggest that soy is not good for a pregnant woman. Well, we know that intralipids contain soy, and a lot of women continue with intralipids during pregnancy. See articles below.
What do we think on this? Article 1

Re: Safety of intralipids
For some reason, I couldn't access the pages.
I think soy in moderation is fine. Also, you just have to have some trust in your doctors that they are doing right by you. Before the internet, people did all kinds of things you would read about these days but people came out fine .. with 1 head .. a fully formed brain, etc You have to draw the line somewhere. A little bit of soy won't be harmful.
Dr.B is also up on the latest data. I once questioned him about something and he knew the EXACT study I was referring to. If you are nervous about it .. ask ... but really I wouldn't worry and I worry about EVERYTHING! Just ask Flowerwife!

Re: Safety of intralipids
i think if you need intralipids the benefits outweigh the risks... i also dont think the risk is that high. i highly doubt doctors would use this in fertility treatment if it was counterproductive...
