Invisible Shoes

We know what you're thinking: if you can't see invisible shoes then how do you know they're actually there? Sao Paulo designer Andreia Chavescreated a pair of wedge heels with a completely mirrored surface that reflects the surrounding environment which acts as camouflage.
And thus invisible shoes become invisible feet! Which, while kind of cool, would also look pretty freaky when walking down the street. They also seem dangerous which is precisely why we'd bet the farm that Lady Gaga is already trying to get her hands on a pair. Other thoughts:
When you break a heel you get seven years bad luck
You had better wear these with pants to avoid embarrassing up-skirt situations
A side effect of wearing these shoes leaves you with Annie Lennox's song "Walking on Broken Glass" stuck in your head for hours on end.
It is pretty cool the way these shoes disappear amongst their surroundings. As for us, we're holding out till someone invents an invisibility cloak.
