Dang You Braxton Hicks!! ((shakes fist in air))
I've been having mild BH for a few weeks now. Nothing big, mainly just light period cramping feel. Well at 1 last night I got sideswiped by a BH contraction that almost brought me to my knees. It was as strong as my heaviest of AF cramps and came out of nowhere, no buildup, just whammy. This continued every 10 minutes for the next 3 1/2 hours last night. At one point I got so nervous that I even called the OB's emergency line.
Being sick, I was exhausted last night and was so happy to go to bed early. Not get up in the middle of the night to be in intense pain . Luckily I was able to go back to sleep for about an hour...but it is going to be a long day...and I'm still mildly having it now
OK, thanks for listening to me...I feel like all I do is complain lately...sorry about that!
For anyone who has to go into work today, careful out there!!

I had what you had happen all last night and I dilated 2cm overnight. (went to obgn today) Keep vigilant. MIne felt like yours did and as I was told that thoe were real contractions not Braxton Hicks. Having the same ones tonight too.
