Disappointed with EMPIRE United Healthcare
I got the call from Edgepark last night that they aren't the preferred medical supplier for Empire Plan/United Healthcare......so I should check with Insurance cause pump should be covered with a another supplier
Talked to Empire/United Healthcare today.....they don't cover pumps at all  I was so excited thinking it would be covered  not anymore

I have Oxford/United Healthcare and it's not covered either.

They change all the time what they cover and don't cover...They are a P I T A... It may be worth a shot to try another medical supply company. We used Landauer for DS's formula and another friend used Apria...You can always call them and ask them...Sometimes the people at Empire, don't always know what they are talking about. Good luck.

that's what I thought too - I made the acct. with Edgepark and it was just waiting Dr. approval. I think I'm going to give Empire a second call....can't hurt
