You an cut the steak up more and make pepper steak over rice.
You can marinate them in bbq sauce and have steak tips.

I would make a steak salad! Grill and serve over your fav salad with warm cubed potatoes and drizzle with EVOO and a little red wine vinegar, S&P. Delish!

do you know what kind of steak it is? is it stew beef?
grilling stew beef will be so chewy and tough. it needs to be braised!
