I own with RCI in Orlando and traded to go here. I paid $165 exchange fee and then paid an all inclusive fee per day for dh and I. Kids were free. We went for 5 nights and only had to pay all inclusive fees for the 5 nights, some resorts have you pay for the week even if only staying a few nights. (My mom came with us and she paid her own all inclusive fees.)
The resort is only about 15 minutes from the airport. We had a huge suite for the 5 of us. The first room had a small kitchen area, dining area, large bathroom with huge shower, and a sleeping area with 2 pull outs. One pullout was a twin the other was a full. There was also a large balcony for both rooms. The other room had a king size bed, a sitting area, and a large bathroom and enough room for a twin size cot.
My kids liked the kids club the first two days and then the staff changed. They didnt want to try with the new staff but everyone was very nice and they offered so much. There was a tiny pool with slide for the babies 18 months - 4 years old and then a large waterslide/pool area for the older kids. Besides those 2 pool areas there were 3 other pools. Those pools were cold! Another pool was warm and covered which was great when it rained a few times. There was also an area with 2 large waterslides but we didnt try them....the water was cold there too!
The beach was gorgeous but the waves were rough so my kids didnt want to go near it.
The food was good. Not the best I ever had, but definitly good and plenty. We all loved the chicken wings and sushi by the pool every day....problem was everyone else did too so the lines were long for those special items.
Every night they had shows, some were good and some were not but you could tell that the staff tried very hard to entertain.
There were LOTS of bars too so never a line to get a drink. We only left the resort once, we went to a flea market about a 30 minute cab ride away.
If anyone is looking for a place to go, i would recommend this resort!
